File processing issue at the feds today

DPI has been notified that any FILE UPLOADS from yesterday Nov 15 may not have processed due to an error in their system. The CRDC suspended file processing temporarily until it can be fixed.

PLEASE NOTE: You do NOT need to re-upload your files if you submitted them already. The CRDC expects to clear their processing backlog by the end of today, Friday Nov 16.

To see if your files are caught in this backlog, do the following:

1. Log into the survey interface
2. Click FILE UPLOAD menu and go until you see the list of files.
3. The STATUS will say "Received" if they have NOT processed. Do not re-upload your files. Just wait for the feds to correct their system.
4. The STATUS will say "Processed" or "Processed with Errors" if they did get processed by the feds. The data should appear. Then follow the steps from our Nov 14 email to complete your data.
