The DPI Data Collections Help Desk tool is a web-based problem tracking software called Footprints where users can create, update, and check the status of helpdesk tickets.
The Help Desk tool also has a searchable Knowledge Base.
The Footprints online help desk will primarily be used for WSLS, ISES, and CWCS support purposes, but may be used for any application managed by the Division of Libraries and Technology, including questions about SAFE, School Performance Reports (SPR) and Delegated Authority.

You must have a WAMS ID to submit a help desk ticket.
Help Desk Hours of Service
Questions and comments may be submitted at any time, but responses are provided between 8 AM and 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.
HELP DESK AVAILABILITY AND SUPPORT: Help desk responses will be provided between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm Monday-Friday. You can continue to use the Online Help Desk tool at other times of day including weekends, but if you have difficulty or if there is a system outage, then you might want to try again between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. M-F. Occasionally, there may be short outages (less than 15 minutes) over the noon hour to address emergency situations. We will try to keep noon hour outages to a minimum.
Refer to ON.WISCONSIN.GOV to register for a WAMS ID. You are not required to have role access to the WSLS or ISES in order to use the online Help Desk tool.
