Wisconsin school districts have the option to provide half day, full day, or both types of kindergarten. Based on data submitted on the PI-1203, School District Statistical Report, this file summarizes which type of kindergarten program is offered at each district. The first list provides the names of the districts that offer both full and half days kindergarten. The second list provides the districts that offer only full day kindergarten. The third list provides the districts that offer only half-day kindergarten.
Many Wisconsin School Districts provide kindergarten to four-year olds. This file provides the names of the districts that provide a four-year old kindergarten program in addition to their regular kindergarten program.
Wisconsin school districts vary in the type of program schedule provided at the high school. This report lists whether the district provides block, modified block or traditional schedules. Starting with the school year 2004-2005 file, additional combinations indicating if a district uses more than one program schedule type were used: all 3 schedule type, modified block/4x4 block, traditional/modified block, or traditional/4x4 block.
